News take: SCOW rules against Catholic Charities in unemployment insurance case

The 4-3 ruling said charities operated by the Catholic Diocese in Superior is not exempt from unemployment insurance payments.


The lawyer for the Catholic Charities Bureau vows to appeal to the verrrrry religion-friendly U.S. Supreme Court so this battle ain't over yet.
