The Rebecca Clarke lawyerly lineup, part 3: 11 for the Legislature to intervene

The Legislature has hired enough lawyers to field a full baseball lineup plus two relievers to represent it in the Rebecca Clarke redistricting lawsuit.


Oral arguments are Tuesday.


Several of the Legislature's lawyers have connection to the conservative Federalist Society and two of the attorneys, Scott Keller and Matthew Frederick, worked for very, very controversial Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.


They've also won a lot of cases.
